With increasing transport volumes, higher engine power and changed driving behavior, wheel bearings of commercial vehicles are subject to ever higher loads. It is therefore no wonder that wheel bearings have undergone continuous development in recent years. 

This is also the reason why the latest product from the FAG chassis specialist is being launched on the market: the FAG Complete Hub. This is a pre-assembled  wheel hub repair solution with a holder for brake disc and wheel carrier, a pressed-in FAG wheel bearing unit and a pre-assembled ABS encoder ring. The FAG Complete Hub is supplied as a complete unit including all necessary accessories such as screws and bolts. 

Depending on the application, the FAG Complete Hub contains the wheel hub including the proven Schaeffler repair solutions FAG Repair Insert Unit (RIU), FAG Truck Hub Unit (THU) or FAG SmartSET. The FAG Complete Hub is pre-assembled for immediate mounting on the steering knuckle, lubricated for life and, depending on the design (RIU or THU), sealed.
